Checklists. Hilary lives by checklists. So much so that if she completes a task not originally on the list she will add it to the bottom of the list just so she can check off the item. A sense of accomplishment and completion is what Hilary loves. Especially when completing a task that makes someone else's life easier and less stressful. She is known to her family, friends and colleagues as one with crazy attention to detail and recalling life's memories to the tee.

After many years of experience, Hilary displays both great leadership skills and willingness to dig into the weeds with her colleagues. Having worked for a non-profit for over 15 years, Hilary is used to wearing multiple hats at any given point.

Hilary and her husband have two wild and crazy boys. If she's not chasing after kids you can find her listening to music, staring at a bonfire, working on home improvement projects or... checking things off her list.
