Whether it's getting into the weeds of details, processing through strategies and planning, or checking tasks off the list with creativity and efficiency, Anna Lisa creates the margin for leaders to focus on the most important things. She has a high capacity for getting things done and is intuitive when it comes to understanding what is needed.
"Being the person who gets to fill in the gaps, relieve pressure, and get things done for the purpose of advancing the mission is so satisfying. I love being able to work for leaders, see what is needed, and jump in to get it done. Surprising people by anticipating what they need before they do is really fun!"
On the home front, Anna Lisa loves adventuring around her South Minneapolis neighborhood and the chain of lakes alongside her active husband. She also enjoys trying out new recipes, having succulents in her home, and doing development work in Haiti.
